This team is the internal creative agency that concepts, shoots, selects, designs and builds large volumes of consumer-facing content. **The Position**
As part of the design function within the Creative Direction team, the Brand Designer, Senior Specialist including Media brings the Tommy Hilfiger brand to life through the creation of both digital and print materials-ranging from newsletters and e-commerce assets to packaging, event collateral, and multimedia storytelling. This role is responsible for independently developing high-quality creative output that meets design, technical, and strategic requirements across platforms.
In addition to strong design fundamentals, this role requires a seasoned understanding of media adaptation and motion design. The Senior Specialist will contribute to brand consistency and innovation by implementing best practices, mentoring less experienced colleagues when needed, and staying ahead of design trends and technologies. They will collaborate across teams but work with a high degree of autonomy and creative ownership.
**Key Responsibilities**
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Concept, design, and deliver end-to-end graphic design projects assigned by the Operations team-ensuring output is timely, brand-appropriate, and technically sound.
+ Partner with E-Commerce stakeholders to produce and update weekly digital content including homepages, landing pages, and banners.
+ Collaborate with CRM teams to design newsletters and emailers aligned with wireframes, performance objectives, and marketing timelines.
+ Support 360° marketing initiatives with design materials such as in-situ mockups, layouts, image selections, and internal presentation decks.
+ Produce high-quality multimedia content including video edits, motion graphics, and simple animations tailored to social media and brand storytelling.
