Role

This role is primarily focused on new business development and is suitable for those who are target driven and possess exceptional new business selling skills and be able to continually deliver results. You will be expected to generate self-made opportunities, however, in addition you will be provided with leads from the Group.

Key Responsibilities

The Business and Growth Manager’s responsibilities will include:

  • Grow the revenue and profitability from existing and new business in the UK, Europe and the Middle East (offshore and onshore) clients.
  • Develop & leverage strategic relationships with key stakeholders within large energy, aviation and other operators.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities within the EME. Confident in delivering presentations, meet customers and grow relationships to generate continuous business
  • Deliver results in line with budget – Be accountable to an agreed target.
  • This is a business and commercial role so you will need to be able to work with both clients and consultants.
  • Team player, hunter and business focused to lead and generate revenues set by the Group CEO.

Requirements

Essential:

  • Previous sales experience ideally in energy, renewable and aviation sector in Europe
  • Ability to work with clients, reply to tenders, create proposals and follow procedures
  • Ability to work independently as well as being part of a large team
  • Self-starter required, ideally with strong background in business, contract management and sales.
  • Drive to exceed performance goals
  • English language, French or any other European language would be advantageous
  • Willing to travel as required in UK and abroad
