Essential:

  • Self-starter required, ideally with strong background in business, contract management and sales.

Our client, a fast-growing e-commerce business, is seeking a results-driven E-commerce Growth Manager to spearhead their online sales and marketing efforts. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive website traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape, digital marketing channels, and data analysis, with a proven ability to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce growth strategy, encompassing all aspects of online sales and marketing.
  • Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and influencer collaborations.
  • Analyze website performance data, customer behaviour, and sales metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
