Job Description
About Us
At Encord, we're building the AI infrastructure of the future. The biggest challenge AI companies face today is actually not half as glamorous as the outside world may think: it's all about data quality. In fact, the success of any AI application today relies on the quality of a model's training data — and for 95% of teams, this essential step is both the most costly and the most time-consuming, in getting their product to market.
As ex-computer scientists, physicists, and quants, we felt first-hand how the lack of tools to prepare quality training data was impeding the progress of building AI. AI today is what the early days of computing or the internet were like, where the potential of the technology is clear, but the tools and processes surrounding it are still primitive, preventing the next generation of applications. This is why we started Encord.
We are a talented and ambitious team of 75+, working at the cutting edge of multimodal and visual AI, backed by top investors, including CRV and Y Combinator, leading industry executives like Luc Vincent, former VP of AI at Meta, and other top Bay Area leaders in AI. We are one the fastest growing companies in our space, and consistently rated as the best product in the market by our customers. We have big plans ahead and are looking for a Growth Manager to join us in building our Growth team.
The Role
We are looking for a seasoned growth expert with a founder's mentality who wants to play a major part in sustaining a rapid growth trajectory for Encord. You will be responsible for running experiments that are aimed towards growing the company's sales pipeline.
- You will be part of driving our entire growth strategy: Identifying, prioritizing, and executing growth hacks and experiments.
- You will be responsible for the ownership of our experiment backlog and internal tracker to analyze the performance of experiments.
- Drive demand generation and revenue globally - marketing Encord and generating demand across a variety of channels (PPC, Paid social, campaigns, etc.) and across multiple geographies.
- Help build a scalable growth machine that allows us to run constant, iterative tests throughout the funnel & use the result to craft data-driven strategies for lead acquisition.
- Help make data-driven decisions with a creative touch. You will build out revenue and growth reporting to help ensure we take every opportunity to transform leads into brand champions, and ultimately make the company grow.
- You'll be one of the early members of Encord's go-to-market team, with the opportunity to become a growth leader at a hyper-growth start-up in one of the most exciting industries right now.
- Contribute to hiring additional talent to our rapidly growing team.
About You
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-growing B2B start-up (Experience with open-source or the AI/ML space is a plus) or in a high-performance environment like management consulting or investment banking.
- A growth hacking mindset. You obsess over finding novel ways to efficiently scale every program - even when conventional wisdom says you're wrong. Successful candidates will have a track record of out-of-the-box ideas that drive significant growth.
- An automation wizard. You're data fluent with an analytical mindset eager to scale everything that can be scaled.
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and a bias for action. We're still a startup. You'll have to operate with partial knowledge, get hands-on with projects, and will constantly be rethinking how we do things. Plus, moves very quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You'll regularly communicate directly with executives and other senior leaders.
If you don't meet all of the requirements listed here, we still encourage you to apply. No job description is perfect, and we might find an even more suitable opportunity that matches your skills and experience.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary and equity in a hyper-growth business.
- Strong in-person culture: most of our team is in the office 3+ days a week.
- 25 days annual leave a year + public holidays.
Encord offers a unique opportunity to be part of a startup with a clear mission and vision. You will get to explore and build services enterprise AI use cases across many different industry verticals such as healthcare, surveillance, retail, agriculture, and many more.
Our work is at the cutting edge of computer vision and deep learning, which also includes working on solving unsolved problems within those fields.

Job Description
Our client is a SaaS company that helps marketers answer one very important question: where are my most profitable customers coming from?
Their software connects marketing data with CRM systems, helping to fill in all their clients gaps and give marketing teams better attribution and a more complete understanding of how their marketing campaigns are performing.
Fortune 500 and industry-leading companies like Invisalign, Sorenson, DSV, Samsung, Finserv, and Bloomberg all use our clients software to give their marketing teams an edge.
Theyre profitable, established (10 years), and have big plans for our next phase of growth. Thats where you come in.
The RoleWere looking for a Growth Manager to own marketing initiatives and contribute to product improvements informed by customer insights.
We have a lot of marketing initiatives in the pipeline.
And were looking for a smart, driven marketer to lead these projects from planning all the way through to execution and delivery.
Youll be hands-on
This isnt a stale corporate role where your days will be filled with repetitive emails and meetings.
Instead, youll be talking to customers, launching new marketing initiatives, improving sales funnels, and communicating with the engineering team to turn customer needs into product features.
If you love getting your hands dirty, moving fast, and executing, then this is the role for you.
Youll be working directly with the CEO & getting real responsibility from day 1
Youll have the freedom to propose new ideas and shape product and marketing strategy, while getting plenty of guidance and feedback along the way.
As we grow, youll have the opportunity to build the team around you (right now, were a team of 6).
Youll own implementation from start to finish: writing copy, managing contractors, overseeing website changes, and making sure projects deliver measurable impact.
No two days will be the same
If youre the sort of person who enjoys doing new things and thrives on new challenges, this role is for you. Weve got startup DNA, but we also have the security of a profitable, established company that has been going strong for 10 years now.
What Youll DoCommon types of projects youll handle:
Traffic-driving marketing projects Coordinate initiatives to drive more traffic through SEO, AI search, partnerships, etc.
Website, funnel & collateral projects Manage updates to our website and funnels, and deliver marketing collateral (e.g. product videos).
Analytics projects Oversee reporting and analytics initiatives (dashboards, GA4/GTM, MRR/churn analytics).
Team & freelancer management Coordinate the work of our remote team (stand-ups, progress tracking, reviewing deliverables), and recruit/manage freelancers when needed.
Product & user insights Research users, competitors, and market trends to identify opportunities for improving our product and messaging, and help shape what we build next.
Product updates Collaborate with the engineering team to ship features that give leading marketing teams better visibility into their campaigns.
Youre a versatile, data-savvy marketer who thrives in a startup environment. Youve worn many hats - from writing compelling content to optimizing funnels and managing freelancers - and youre excited to take ownership of projects that directly move the needle.
Youll fit right in if you:
Have excellent English (C1+) and can communicate clearly in both writing and conversation
Are a strong writer who enjoys crafting messaging that resonates with real people
Have hands-on SEO experience - you understand keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies, and can plan and execute initiatives that drive measurable organic growth
Feel comfortable using analytics tools to inform decisions and measure impact (you naturally think in data, even if its not in your job title)
Are a strong verbal communicator - confident jumping on a call with clients or freelancers when needed
Have experience hiring or managing freelancers , coordinating work, and keeping projects on track
Come from a startup or small-team environment , where adaptability and a generalist mindset are key
Bonus points if you:
Have experience in SaaS or B2B marketing
Have solid experience with a range of marketing analytics tools
Have created or coordinated video content before
Your approach to work:
Proactive ownership - you dont wait for instructions, you move things forward.
Structure-driven - you thrive on creating order, and youre the kind of person who has a list or spreadsheet for everything.
Metrics-driven - you cant help but break problems down into data points, trends, and ratios, whether its a marketing funnel or a personal goal.
Versatile and curious - you enjoy taking on projects in different areas instead of staying in a narrow lane, and youre excited to keep learning along the way.
Tech and AI-savvy - you love trying new tools and figuring out how to make things faster, better, and more efficient.
Work Terms
100% remote
Full-time
London working hours
International team (Europe & Asia)
English is the working language
B2B contract (service agreement; long-term cooperation)
Stability with agility Nearly 10 years on the market, with the stability of a proven business model and the speed of a lean team.
Direct impact Help shape the product and growth engines, with end-to-end ownership of projects that make a lasting difference inside a growing SaaS business.
Career growth This role can evolve into a Head of Growth or another senior leadership position as the company grows.
Learning environment: Youll see firsthand how a profitable SaaS business is run from the inside - from marketing campaigns to funnels to product development.
