You’ll be working with clients at all levels and advising them on the best solution possible using Workday to meet their requirements. The role will include process and solution design based on best-practice Workday functionality, undertaking Workday configuration, including defect fixing during testing activities, and ensuring integration to other functional areas and applications in the technology landscape. You will contribute to Capgemini’s Workday delivery initiatives and contribute to extending the expertise within the Workday Practice and wider within Capgemini.

Your skills and experience
- The ability to deliver the Workday functional design and deliver that design through configuration.
- Good knowledge of end-to-end HR processes, including UK and international statutory requirements and issues that clients will need to address through their of Workday solution.
- Knowledge of the data requirements for Workday HCM and the ability to advise the client on the needs.
- Knowledge of the Workday capabilities and the product roadmap, with a high focus on AI-developments.
- A strong “can-do” attitude and willingness to share knowledge with and learn from their peers.
- Current Workday certifications in Workday HCM.
- Strong consulting skills – demonstrable presentation and client facing skills. All candidates must be assertive and articulate with the ability to sustain, develop and grow existing customer relationships, and build new ones.
- Experience of working in an on-shore, near-shore, off-shore model.

To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks.
There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.

Job Summary:
As a PeopleSoft HCM Engineer with Payroll Experience, you will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of PeopleSoft HCM applications, specifically focusing on payroll processing and management. You will work closely with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient functionality within the PeopleSoft HCM framework.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain PeopleSoft HCM applications with a focus on payroll functionalities.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
