Are you an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Functional Consultant looking for your next remote role? We are working with a leading global organisation to hire a specialist who can deliver end-to-end SAP HCM Payroll projects across the UK and Ireland.


About the Role:

  • Lead or support workshops and ensure all decisions are documented accurately.
  • Configure SAP HCM Payroll modules to meet business and functional requirements.
  • Support data migration, integrations, and testing activities.
  • Ensure smooth transition to maintenance teams and resolve delivery challenges.
  • Support pre-sales scoping, solution design, and estimation for projects.


What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in HR services delivery and SAP HCM Payroll implementation.
  • At least one end-to-end SAP HCM Payroll deployment.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK Payroll regulations and compliance.
  • Strong communication skills and experience leading client workshops.
  • Ability to work independently and manage remote project delivery.
