- Own and lead full-funnel digital marketing across SEO, PPC, Display, Affiliates, Influencers, CRM, Email, WhatsApp, Social, Paid Social, App, Direct Mail, and Analytics.
- Oversee tag management systems, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights across platforms.
- Develop and deliver impactful campaigns across both digital and traditional channels, including Meta, Google, and ATL.
- Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative multi-channel strategies.
- Manage daily trading activity across Shopify and WooCommerce platforms.
- Oversee CMS, CRO, merchandising, promotions, content, and customer journey optimisation.
- Partner with creative and brand teams to deliver a cohesive digital customer experience.

The Role:
The Head of Digital Marketing will lead the next phase of the Global Mulberry digital marketing strategy and channel optimisation. This role will oversee all aspects of digital marketing, partnering with the organisation to drive profitable customer acquisition, consumer engagement, and retention.

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Define the annual Digital Marketing strategy including the management of the digital media budgets, the setting of annual customer retention forecasts and supporting the business turnover through Digital Marketing channels.
· Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, agencies, and partners.
· Manage global spend allocation for Digital Marketing activities, working closely with global finance teams on forecasting and budgeting processes.
· Work with the Global Brand Marketing and Regional Leads to develop holistic, cross-channel marketing campaigns, identify and leverage digital opportunities that support the central communications strategy.
· Identify growth and development opportunities through transparent and actionable business reporting and insights that can be shared and easily understood by the wider business.
· Work closely with the Marketing, Trading and Retail teams to develop digital CRM programme, driving acquisition and retention to build loyalty and convert high potential Mulberry customers.
· Oversee the management of paid media campaigns (search, display, social, programmatic, affiliates), setting agency/team objectives to deliver annual growth and maintain positioning.
· Create and manage the SEO strategy, working with the organisation to ensure SEO is always a considered factor for all site development, site content, organic social media and press activity.
· Work closely with Brand Marketing team to plan and execute global digital content partnerships with key publishers to help reach and engage new audiences.
