This is an excellent opportunity for a Head of Software Engineering with strong team management experience within a Series A start-up environment where you will play a key role in product development, laying the foundations for future developers to build upon.

In this varied role you will be responsible for working closely with the CEO, CTO and Director’s to help build a clear and strategic plan for future product development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-performance teams within a Series A Start-up and be well adapted to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, while simultaneously having a very strong technical background, focusing on hands-on mobile development. In depth knowledge of Flutter (Dart) or Python (Django) across Full Stack development is required to support on product development when needed and assist in the upskill and mentoring of Junior Staff. Lastly, a strong understanding of DevOps Principles and AWS will be a necessity to this role.
