The Role

As Head of Estates and Facilities, you’ll take strategic and operational responsibility for the management, maintenance, compliance, and development of the organisation’s care home properties. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all aspects of estates and facilities management across the portfolio
• Ensure all buildings remain compliant with relevant legislation including CQC, Health & Safety, Fire Safety, and Environmental standards
• Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes, refurbishments, and capex projects
