The successful candidate will play a crucial leadership role in overseeing the Risk function, ensuring robust risk management practices are embedded across the business, and providing strategic oversight to all risk-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of a comprehensive risk management framework covering all internal and external risks.
- Review, update, and maintain risk-related policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Monitor credit, market, operational, liquidity, and other risks, escalating potential breaches as required.
- Review credit proposals, internal credit rating models, and portfolio risk to ensure alignment with risk appetite.

Skills & Experience Required:
- Extensive experience in a senior Risk Management role within the financial services sector.

About the role
