- In-depth knowledge of soil chemistry, physics, and biology.
- Expertise in crop physiology, pest and disease management, and sustainable agriculture.
- Experience with field trial design and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of agricultural machinery and modern farming techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a field-based environment.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel across the region.
- Membership in relevant professional bodies (e.g., Agronomy Society) is advantageous.
