The Lead Facilities Management Specialist will be responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and oversight of all facilities management functions, including maintenance, repair, cleaning, security, and space management. Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation, infection control principles, and building maintenance systems is required. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills are paramount, as is the ability to manage remote teams effectively. Experience with CAFM systems and a proactive, problem-solving approach are highly valued.
