  • As a HCA, duties will include routine tasks related to the delivery of care to ensure our patient's health and well-being.
  • You will move and set up diagnostic equipment (after training) and other resources, as well as applying technology for measurement, monitoring and treatment.
  • Who we're looking for:
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is essential
  • Must have previous experience working as an HCA in an hospital setting, surgical ward, or ward experience

Your Role:

As a Healthcare Assistant & Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents' well-being, dignity and independence. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting, respectfully.
  • li>Supporting residents with daily activities, encouraging engagement and participation.
  • Building trusting relationships to create a safe, comforting environment.
  • Monitoring residents' physical and emotional well-being, and reporting any changes to senior staff.
  • Promoting independence and choice while respecting each resident’s unique needs.
  • < i>Assisting with medication administration if required.

What We’re Looking For:

    < i>Compassion, patience and a caring nature. li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • At least 6 months of UK experience in the care industry is essential. 
  • A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of care and dignity.
