The Role
- Manage your own caseload of defendant clinical negligence matters, suited to your level of experience.
- Support senior solicitors on complex and high-value claims.

- Provide clear, practical advice and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor (0–5 years PQE) – NQ applications with relevant experience welcomed.
- Experience in defendant clinical negligence work, or strong claimant experience with an interest in moving to defendant practice.
- Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.
- Confident managing a busy caseload and meeting deadlines.
