Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design process for major hospital and healthcare facility projects.
 - Develop detailed designs, space plans, and functional layouts for clinical and non-clinical areas.
 - Conduct feasibility studies, site analyses, and user group consultations to define project requirements.
 - Ensure designs comply with all relevant national and international healthcare standards, building codes, and accessibility regulations.
 - Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, medical planners, and interior designers.
 - Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and drawings for tender and construction.
 - Provide expert advice on materials, systems, and technologies appropriate for healthcare environments.
 - Oversee the design development process and provide construction phase support.

 - Mentor junior architects and support staff involved in healthcare projects.
 
- Qualified Architect (RIBA/ARB or equivalent) with a strong focus and demonstrated experience in healthcare design.
 - A minimum of 10 years of architectural experience, with at least 5 years specifically dedicated to healthcare projects (hospitals, clinics, medical centres).
 - In-depth knowledge of healthcare planning principles, medical equipment integration, and patient safety considerations.
 - Proven track record of leading complex healthcare design projects from inception to completion.
 - Familiarity with healthcare operational workflows and clinical requirements.
 - Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD) and BIM technologies.
 - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
 - Ability to work collaboratively within a team and lead design discussions.
