18 Week Support is on the lookout for enthusiastic clinicians to join our team. You’ll be working alongside experienced professionals and under the expert guidance of our Clinical and Nurse Leads — all while making a real difference to patient care.

Main Duties of the Role

• Assisting in all areas within Dermatology including Phototherapy, Minor Surgery, dermatology day care treatments including patch testing and Iontophoresis.
• Will be trained to deliver Iontophoresis and assisting in Patch test clinic under the supervision of a registered nurse
• To deliver topical treatments to patients attending day care unit under the supervision of registered nurse
• To assist clinicians in Minor Surgery acting as scrub or assisting nurse. Will be prepared to undergone training for this.
• To will be willing to be trained in skin camouflage clinic (according to service needs)
• Fully achieve and maintain competencies within the competency framework for this post

• Develop and implement BIM execution plans (BEPs) for healthcare projects.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings with all project stakeholders.
• Manage and federate BIM models from various disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP, etc.).
• Perform clash detection and work with teams to resolve coordination issues.

• HNC/HND or degree in a relevant construction or design discipline.
• Significant experience (5+ years) as a BIM Coordinator or Manager, with a strong focus on healthcare or complex building projects.
• Expertise in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, Solibri, and associated plugins.
• Thorough understanding of ISO 19650 series and other relevant BIM standards.
• Experience in creating and managing BIM Execution Plans.
• Strong knowledge of architectural, structural, and MEP systems coordination.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Supervise and manage a team of cleaning staff in a healthcare setting.
• Ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards, meeting strict infection control protocols.

• Remotely manage and supervise cleaning staff across multiple healthcare sites, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and training.
• Develop, implement, and enforce detailed cleaning schedules and protocols to meet strict healthcare standards.
• Conduct regular virtual inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to safety regulations.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and efficient resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and infection control policies and procedures (e.g., COSHH, CQC standards).
• Investigate and resolve any cleaning-related issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
• Prepare reports on cleaning performance, supply usage, and compliance metrics for senior management.
• Train new cleaning staff on proper procedures, use of equipment, and health and safety protocols, potentially via remote video conferencing.
• Foster a positive and supportive work environment for the cleaning team.

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within cleaning services, with a strong preference for experience in healthcare or clinical environments.
• Thorough understanding of cleaning techniques, chemicals, equipment, and health & safety regulations in a clinical setting.
• Excellent organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to motivate and direct staff remotely.
• Proficiency in using digital communication and management tools for remote supervision.
• Knowledge of COSHH regulations and infection control procedures.
• Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Lead the architectural design and development of healthcare facilities.

• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
