**Qualifications**
Professional Qualified u2013 ideally Project Management/ Construction/Engineering/Quantity Surveying Degree
Chartered Status with the RICS, CIOB, RIBA, ICE or other equivalent institution
Knowledge and experience of working with stakeholders/clients to produce Strategic Development Briefs and Client/User requirements
Knowledge and experience of working as part of complex, multi-disciplinary/multi-agency Project Teams

Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant Post Graduate Qualification
APM affiliation preferred (as secondary accreditation)

Are you a Project Manager with a background in construction, seeking a dynamic, hands-on role in a growing organisation? On offer is the chance to join a innovative business experiencing rapid growth, delivering high-quality, fast-track projects within the healthcare sector.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a specialist project delivery team that has built a reputation for creating modern, cost-efficient healthcare facilities and driving process improvements to meet the evolving demands of both private and NHS clients.

In this role, you will manage projects end-to-end, from initial enquiry to handover. The position is split between site-based work (around 60%) and office-based planning (around 40%), with travel across London to multiple healthcare sites. Responsibilities include overseeing multiple concurrent projects, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, leading on-site teams, coordinating surveys, and ensuring each project is delivered on time and within budget.

This role would suit a Project Manager with a construction or healthcare background, looking to progress within a rapidly expanding, people-focused company.

The Role:

Full ownership of assigned projects, ensuring successful delivery at all stages

Define and document project essentials: scope, timescales, resources, budgets, risks, opportunities, and quality benchmarks
