Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and confidential records in line with GDPR and professional standards.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid NMC pin.
  • Significant post-registration experience, with a proven track record in elderly care or a related field.
  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a care setting.
  • Excellent clinical assessment and care planning skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of dementia care, palliative care, and other common health conditions affecting older adults.
  • Strong understanding of CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
