Qualifications and Experience:

- Significant post-registration experience, with a proven track record in elderly care or a related field.
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a care setting.
- Excellent clinical assessment and care planning skills.
- In-depth knowledge of dementia care, palliative care, and other common health conditions affecting older adults.
- Strong understanding of CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
