Qualifications and Experience:
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid NMC pin.
- Significant post-registration experience, with at least 2 years in a senior nursing or leadership role within elderly care.
- Proven experience in care planning, case management, and medication administration.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation, standards, and best practices in elderly care.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience working within the **Liverpool, Merseyside, UK** area is advantageous.
