Our client, a highly respected care provider, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead to manage their specialist elderly care facility in Liverpool. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid NMC pin.
  • Significant post-registration experience, with at least 2 years in a senior nursing or leadership role within elderly care.
  • Proven experience in care planning, case management, and medication administration.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation, standards, and best practices in elderly care.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
