Our client, a highly respected care provider, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead to manage their specialist elderly care facility in Liverpool. This is an on-site position, crucial for providing direct supervision and hands-on care. You will be instrumental in ensuring the highest standards of clinical care and operational excellence for residents with complex needs. This role requires a compassionate leader with strong clinical knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills to foster a positive and supportive environment for both residents and staff.

    Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the nursing and care staff team, providing guidance, supervision, and professional development.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate resident care plans, ensuring they are person-centered and meet individual needs.
- Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the facility, including medication management, wound care, and infection control.
- Conduct regular resident assessments and reviews, collaborating with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, CQC standards, and company policies.
- Manage staff rotas, sickness, and absence, ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times.
- Act as a point of contact for residents, families, and external stakeholders, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and evidence-based practice.
- Contribute to the recruitment, induction, and training of new staff members.
- Uphold the highest standards of dignity, privacy, and respect for all residents.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid NMC pin.
- Significant post-registration experience, with at least 2 years in a senior nursing or leadership role within elderly care.
- Proven experience in care planning, case management, and medication administration.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation, standards, and best practices in elderly care.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience working within the **Liverpool, Merseyside, UK** area is advantageous.
