- Maintain accurate and comprehensive client records in accordance with company standards and legal requirements.

- Stay up-to-date with current research, best practices, and legislative changes affecting elderly care.
- Registered Nurse (RGN/RNLD) qualification with a valid NMC registration.
- Significant post-registration experience, with a substantial portion spent in elderly care or a similar community setting.
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a healthcare or social care environment.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation, standards, and guidelines for elderly care.
- Excellent clinical assessment, care planning, and evaluation skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage challenging situations and make sound clinical judgments.
- Experience with medication management and clinical auditing.
- Commitment to promoting independence and well-being for older adults.
- A driving license and access to a vehicle for community visits within **Hampshire, UK**.
