Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse (RGN/RNLD) or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Current NMC registration.
  • Significant post-qualification experience in a relevant care setting, preferably elderly care.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within social care or healthcare.
  • In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and best practices in care delivery.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding vulnerable adults.
  • Full UK driving license.
