Our client is a leading provider of community and social care services, and they are looking for a compassionate and experienced Clinical Lead to oversee their elderly care services in Oxford, Oxfordshire, UK . This vital role involves leading a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, person-centered care to elderly individuals in their homes and in community settings. You will be responsible for clinical governance, ensuring adherence to best practices in care delivery, medication management, and health and safety standards. This position requires a strong clinical background and excellent leadership abilities.
Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and supervising the ongoing care provided by nurses, carers, and support staff. You will also play a key role in training and mentoring the care team, conducting performance reviews, and managing the overall operational effectiveness of the service. Close collaboration with families, GPs, and other healthcare providers will be essential to ensure seamless care coordination. - Lead and manage a team of nurses, carers, and support workers, providing clinical guidance and professional development.

- Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC pin.
- Significant post-registration experience in community nursing, domiciliary care, or a related social care setting.
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within healthcare.
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality frameworks.
- Excellent clinical assessment and care planning skills.
- Proficiency in using electronic patient record systems.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for community visits.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care and supporting vulnerable individuals.
