What you'll be working:
Your hours are based on a rota working every other weekend.
- Full time hours - 42 Hours a week.
- 12.83 per hour, 28,098 per annum
- Day and Night shifts available

What you'll be doing:
- Supporting our clients with daily activities
- Supporting their care plans to establish routine
- Ensure the client feels safe, and stable within their day to day care
- Personal Care
- Administrating medication (if required)

- Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS
- Flexible, professional, and positive approach to multi-site working.
- Proven reliability in terms of full attendance and timekeeping.

Set within the 12 acre grounds of a manor house, we specialise in intensive rehabilitation for people in the early stages of recovery from a brain injury right through to residential care.
What you'll be working:
FULL TIME 36 hours per week
The hours are 7am to 7:30pm and 7pm to 7:30am.
What you'll be doing:
- Build relationships with patients, which are open and two way
- Support patients to undertake their rehabilitation programme
- Establish methods of communication with patients, reducing barriers when necessary
- Assist patients with mealtimes where necessary
- Support with activities of daily living and personal care when needed
- Communicate any issues to the clinical team
- Accurately report and/or record work activities
- Keeping people safe from any harm and protecting their human rights.
What you'll have:
- A genuine interest in providing the best person centre care possible for our young people
- Experience working within the care sector / mental health would be an advantage but not essential
- Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS

- Ensure that each service user has a key worker and that all aspects of the key worker role is implemented.
- Ensure that all service users have up-to-date risk assessments and person-centered plans in place and review and update as required with the service manager.
- Monitoring performance levels of staff team and identifying areas for improvement on an individual basis.
- Mentoring staff team to continuously develop their skills;
- Ensure service users receive support within the framework of the Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS).
- Ensure petty cash is managed within company guidelines.
- Ensure medication is administered in accordance with procedures.
- Deliver on-the-job training and guidance.
- Oversee the preparation of medical/neurology appointments and letters.
