Duties of Healthcare Support Worker:

• Supporting young people and vulnerable adults within care.
li>Assisting service users with personal care, safe lifting and moving, administering medication (if qualified), meal preparation and providing companionship
• To ensure individuals maintain independence and dignity, while providing physical and emotional support

Experience required of a Healthcare Support Worker

• Relevant qualifications to the role
• At least 12 months experience within a care home or nursing home setting in the UK
• Good communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
• A passion for supporting young people and vulnerable adults

The Role:
