partnerships across a comprehensive range of Pathology Diagnostic Solutions. This role encompasses

diagnostics and wellness pathology, leveraging extensive capabilities within the NHS, private

healthcare providers, and its European laboratory network. Your work will be instrumental in expanding

the company's footprint in both the private and public sectors, offering tailored solutions to improve health outcomes

and operational efficiencies.

Duties:

  • Sales and Business development
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across NHS and private sectors to include NHS Pathology networks, private hospital networks, private pathology laboratories, Healthcare providers, insurers and specialist clinics.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision makers
  • Conduct needs assessments to deliver solutions
  • Monitor industry trend and market opportunities within the NHS and private health care pathology services
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities including pipeline and client interactions via Sales force.
  • Monitor own sales performance and identify areas for growth.
  • Work closely with clinical and operational teams to understand development opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams and support customer on boarding.
  • Share markets insights and fresh ideas with sales team.

Please note: A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role.

Location: Isle of Wight
Pay: 13.51 per hour

Shifts Available: Mornings (07:00-14:30) | Evenings (14:30-23:00) | Weekends

About the Role:

As a Community Care Worker, you will travel between clients' homes and provide person-centred care based on their individual needs. Your duties may include:

  • Supporting with personal care (e.g., bathing, showering, toileting)

  • Light domestic tasks
  • Providing companionship and emotional support

You'll be a key part of helping people maintain their independence and dignity at home.

Experience and Qualifications:
