A respected specialist contractor is seeking a Project Manager to oversee a variety of heritage and conservation restoration projects across Central London. Working from a central London office with hybrid flexibility, you will play a crucial role in preserving and enhancing historic architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- p>Support the Senior Management in delivering high-quality heritage and conservation projects
- Overseeing several live projects, with values ranging from £00k to 0m li>

Develop and manage project programmes and progress reports

Attend site and client meetings, ensuring clear communication and efficient delivery

Provide technical input and problem-solving support on site

Manage resources, timelines, and project documentation effectively
Lead and coordinate site managers and on-site teams
Required Skills and Experience:

Proven experience managing heritage and conservation projects
- NVQ / CSCS / SSSTS OR SMSTS

Strong understanding and practical knowledge of lime mortar techniques
-
Ability to interpret and work with construction drawings (CAD experience desirable)

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Passionate about preserving historic buildings and traditional construction methods
Desirable:

Familiarity with conservation principles and listed building regulations

Some hands-on experience or understanding of traditional materials and methods
