Key responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A PhD in a relevant scientific discipline such as Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Medicinal Chemistry, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in drug discovery within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • A proven track record of successfully advancing drug candidates through the preclinical stages.
  • Extensive experience in experimental design, data analysis, and interpretation.
  • Deep understanding of disease biology and drug discovery principles.
  • Expertise in one or more therapeutic areas (e.g., oncology, immunology, neurology, infectious diseases).

  • Strong understanding of assay development, screening technologies, and structure-activity relationships.
