Essential qualifications:
- RIBA Part III qualification or equivalent with a significant specialization in historic buildings/conservation.
- A minimum of 10 years' post-qualification experience, with a substantial portfolio of successfully delivered heritage projects.
- Expert knowledge of historic building typologies, materials, construction techniques, and traditional crafts.
- Thorough understanding of heritage legislation, planning policies, and conservation guidelines in the UK.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant architectural design and documentation software.
- Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and manage complex client relationships.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
