A leading B2B fintech company is seeking a talented and experienced UX Design Lead to join on a 4-month fixed-term contract to provide paternity cover. This role is ideal for a senior designer who can lead UX design across complex digital products, maintain brand and design system consistency, and work effectively in a remote-first environment.
The Role
You will be responsible for leading UX initiatives across key digital platforms, ensuring high usability and a consistent visual experience. - Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop.
- Ability to work within and expand on existing brand and design systems.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working in distributed teams.
Preferred:
- Experience in the financial technology sector.
- Basic video editing skills.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
