  • Source and manage suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations for events and hospitality.
  • Develop and implement service standards to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the marketing and promotion of event packages and hospitality offerings.
  • Manage event logistics, including staffing, scheduling, setup, and breakdown.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other venue departments to ensure a cohesive guest experience.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Proven experience in event management and hospitality, preferably within a venue or large-scale events setting.
  • Demonstrated success in planning and executing a diverse range of events.
  • Strong understanding of catering, beverage service, and front-of-house operations.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in event management software and standard office applications.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and P&L responsibility.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanour under pressure.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Relevant qualifications in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field are desirable.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
