DaysnWhat do you need to succeed:nOur Head of Hospitality will provide an exceptional hospitality service within our luxury care home, working with the Catering, Lifestyles, Housekeeping and Hospitality teams.nThis is a crucial position and central to the lives of the people we support and their families, so good people skills are essential alongside strong people and organisational skills. If you have previous experience working in the hospitality sector, and have an affinity for care – this is the role for you.nAs Hospitality Manager your key responsibilities will include:
Manage the Hospitality, Lifestyles and Housekeeping team's to ensure that all areas of resident experience is maintaining high standard and person centred care is provided.
Work closely with the CRM to plan and execute any customer/resident events.
Support the Head Chef to ensure that the food service is well organised, a nutritionally balanced menu is provided and served within cost parameters.
Ensure that dining areas are set up and maintained to a very high standard.
Support the Head Chef and Catering team to ensure the home maintain standards in line with legislation and EHO expectations.
Support BA and the reception team to ensure the team operates in a professional and friendly manner and that their duties are carried out to a very high standard.
Ensure that the Housekeeping Team carry out their duties effectively to maintain the cleanliness of the home and resident laundry.
