Job Description
Hotel Maintenance Team Member
Immediate start, flexible full‑time and part‑time positions available with overtime
Pay up to £13.35, due to responsibilities of the role – candidates must be 18 and over
As part of the maintenance team, you are responsible for spotting and fixing maintenance issues in both rooms and common areas within the hotel, making sure our guests have everything they need for a great stay. This role is very hands‑on, requiring you to take direct action in all areas and work closely with hotel management to maintain our standards.
Responsibilities- Perform general repairs and services
- Perform all routine preventable maintenance
- Maintain clean and tidy plant rooms
- Attend all types of repairs and maintenance work in the hotel
- Repair and maintain guest room facilities, lights, furniture and equipment
- Record daily service work
- Respond to requests from management regarding maintenance issues throughout the day
- Check hotel rules and regulations as outlined in the company handbook
- Comply with policies relating to health and safety at work
- Knowledge of heating and hot water systems
- Up to £13.35 pay

- The duties required while performing this job include the ability to see, hear, reach, stand, stoop, bend, and crouch for up to 8 hours daily.
