SRG are looking for a HR consultant to join a multinational consumer goods and personal care corporation that produces paper-based consumer products. This role is responsible for handling employee relations cases in the UK across manufacturing and corporate functions.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Building out slates for new roles
  • Meeting with impacted employees within the company (about 260 total)
  • Scheduling the one-on-one meetings
  • Conducting the conversations and taking notes
  • Providing consultant services to impacted employees
  • Following up with employees after the meetings have occurred
