Position Overview: As a Recruiter at PRS Recruitment, you will play a pivotal role developing, retaining, evolving and operating in the Facilities Engineering arena, supporting our clients with PRS staffing solutions, working with various client organizations from global businesses to privately owned SMEs.
Drawing from our extensive industry insight, you will provide personalized services to meet the unique needs and talent challenges of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client development and relationship management, including new and existing business growth, supported by the London Resourcing team.
- Respond promptly to urgent situations, ensuring swift and effective solutions.
- Work effectively in a structured, fast-paced environment with high demands.
- Proactively anticipate recruitment needs and identify top talent.
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Leverage experience to continually improve performance, especially in Facilities Management, Support/Engineering, and Hospitality sectors.
- Drive your career ambitions and make a lasting impact in recruitment.
- Work flexible hours aligned with client and market expectations.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and candidates.
- Expand and diversify the client portfolio.
- Communicate regularly with clients and candidates during the recruitment process.
- Use various sourcing methods, including CRM, job boards, and social media.
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process with support from the London team.
- Achieve targets with enthusiasm and goal-oriented approach.
- Maintain strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Lead confidently within your market with a outgoing personality.
