**What you will do**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Reporting and Management Information (MI) Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role is crucial for delivering accurate and actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining HR reports, analyzing workforce data, and providing meaningful insights to improve operational efficiency, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. Expertise in Power BI, SuccessFactors Reporting are essential for this role, with knowledge of SuccessFactors Administration considered a strong advantage.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
HR Reporting
- Design, develop, and maintain HR dashboards and self-service reports using SuccessFactors Reporting, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to meet business needs, providing insights into key HR metrics such as headcount, attrition, diversity, performance, and engagement.
- Present data in clear, actionable formats to support strategic planning and decision-making by HR leadership and other stakeholders.
Data Analysis and Insights
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact organizational performance.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve HR processes, optimize workforce planning, and enhance the employee experience.
- Develop, distribute and discuss key HR metrics and provide early warnings for potential risks, such as rising attrition or low engagement scores.
HR Systems and Tools Management
- Collaborate with HRIS administrators to ensure data integrity and system optimization.
- Support the implementation, optimization, and integration of new reporting tools and systems, with a focus on SuccessFactors.
- Troubleshoot reporting-related issues and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Compliance and Governance
- Ensure all reporting and data analysis comply with internal standards, data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR), and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of reporting processes, data definitions, and methodologies.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with HR leaders, finance teams, and other departments to understand reporting requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on SuccessFactors Reporting and HR data, providing training and support to HR colleagues and other stakeholders as needed.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve data visualization techniques.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in HR analytics and reporting.
- Benchmark organizational performance against industry standards to inform strategic initiatives.
**Who are we looking for**
KNOWLEDGE& EXPERIENCE
- 3-5 years of experience in HR reporting, analytics, or a similar role.
- Proven expertise in SuccessFactors Reporting is required.
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors Administration is a strong advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, metrics, and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS, LMS).
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and deliver actionable insights.
- Familiarity with Microsoft PowerApps and Microsoft Power Automate.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Knowledge of data protection laws and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision with keen and dynamic approach
to innovation.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Psychology or a related field.

The Role
As HR Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading the people strategy during this rapid expansion phase. Acting as a visible and influential leader, you will oversee the HR function, providing strategic direction while ensuring operational excellence across all aspects of people management.

- Full UK driving licence as travel is a requirement to visit teams based across the UK
- Living in a commutable location to Warwick as you will be office-based 4 days a week unless required to visit client offices to meet other teams.
