We're looking for a HubSpot Consultant to join a growing Shrewsbury-based consultancy. This role is about using HubSpot not just as a tool, but as a driver of business change - helping clients improve processes, streamline operations, and achieve growth.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll configure, optimise, and train teams on HubSpot, ensuring it delivers measurable results. This is a varied, hands-on role with the chance to influence both client outcomes and internal delivery systems.

Reporting to: Existing Customer Marketing Manager

Location: Crownhill, Milton Keynes / Hybrid Working (2-3 days a week in office)

Hours: Monday – Friday - 37.5 hours a week.

Your key responsibilities will include:

CRM Management & Administration

  • Own the day-to-day management & maintenance of HubSpot CRM across all hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service & Operations).
  • Implement and manage user roles, permissions, workflows, properties, lists, views, pipelines, and integrations.
  • Maintain data integrity through regular deduplication, clean-up, and standardisation processes. Ensuring we keep our marketing asset contacts under the agreed purchase levels.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR) and removing contacts who are not meant to be in our systems after the allowed allocated time.


Marketing Operations

  • Manage and optimise marketing automation workflows (email nurture flows, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, sms and push message integrations).
  • Build and maintain campaign assets such as landing pages, forms and sequencing within HubSpot.
  • Support marketing attribution setup and reporting, ensuring visibility into ROI and channel performance.
  • Enrich the existing segmentation and personalisation applying additional content, smart rules, and custom properties.
  • Sales Enablement
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to refine pipelines, deal stages, sequences, and lead routing.
  • Ensure timely lead handoff and follow-up mechanisms through workflow automation.
  • Create and maintain templates, playbook flows, dashboards, and sequences for sales productivity.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to BDMs and AMs on HubSpot usage and best practices.


Revenue & Business Operations

  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track KPIs across marketing, sales, and customer success.
  • Automate processes to reduce manual entry, streamline lead-to-profit journey, and improve SLA adherence.
  • Assist with integrations between HubSpot and tools like Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, Stripe, LinkedIn etc.
  • Manage lifecycle funnels, data hygiene, and feedback loops to align cross-functional strategies.


What we’re looking for:

  • Experience administering HubSpot CRM
  • Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management, pipeline structures, and revenue operations.
  • Experience building advanced workflows, scoring models, campaign attribution, and reports.
  • Familiarity with integrations (Zapier, APIs, middleware) and third-party platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics).
  • Solid understanding of sales processes (e.g. lead routing, sequences, pipelines) and marketing automation principles.

We are seeking a talented Email Marketing Specialist to join the Midnight team at IOG. As Email Marketing Specialist, you will support email marketing campaigns, manage workflows for outbound communications with our developer community and create inbound demand generation from prospective partners. You will use your marketing automation expertise and demand generation experience to help build, execute, and manage multi-channel programs.

We are looking for an analytical and creative individual who is a skilled communicator and able to collaborate with various internal and external teams. Current knowledge of HubSpot or other CRM systems best practices and techniques is essential to this role. 

Duties

Strategy & Planning

  • Establish strategies and priorities for the development and enhancement of email communications
  • Work with the marketing team to define content for email templates, inbound workflows, landing pages and community newsletters.
  • Building and updating global programs; this includes lead management processes, data normalization and other operational projects as needed

Email Execution & Performance Testing

  • Execute automated HubSpot email and multi-channel campaigns through CRM(s)
  • Run A/B and multivariate testing; analyze campaign results, help develop benchmarks, and report on performance
  • Partner with creative services to optimize and test email design, copy and workflows.

CRM Data Management

  • Segmenting and analyzing the prospect database to support campaigns
  • Enforce compliance guidelines and policies globally such as GDPR
  • Maintenance of HubSpot marketing dashboards and campaign reporting
  • Keeping CRM contact data, lists and permissions in HubSpot clean and up to date

Requirements
