Reporting to: Existing Customer Marketing Manager
Location: Crownhill, Milton Keynes / Hybrid Working (2-3 days a week in office)
Hours: Monday – Friday - 37.5 hours a week.

Your key responsibilities will include:
CRM Management & Administration
- Own the day-to-day management & maintenance of HubSpot CRM across all hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service & Operations).
- Implement and manage user roles, permissions, workflows, properties, lists, views, pipelines, and integrations.
- Maintain data integrity through regular deduplication, clean-up, and standardisation processes. Ensuring we keep our marketing asset contacts under the agreed purchase levels.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR) and removing contacts who are not meant to be in our systems after the allowed allocated time.
Marketing Operations
- Manage and optimise marketing automation workflows (email nurture flows, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, sms and push message integrations).
- Build and maintain campaign assets such as landing pages, forms and sequencing within HubSpot.
- Support marketing attribution setup and reporting, ensuring visibility into ROI and channel performance.
- Enrich the existing segmentation and personalisation applying additional content, smart rules, and custom properties.
- Sales Enablement
- Collaborate with Sales teams to refine pipelines, deal stages, sequences, and lead routing.
- Ensure timely lead handoff and follow-up mechanisms through workflow automation.
- Create and maintain templates, playbook flows, dashboards, and sequences for sales productivity.
- Provide ongoing training and support to BDMs and AMs on HubSpot usage and best practices.
Revenue & Business Operations
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track KPIs across marketing, sales, and customer success.
- Automate processes to reduce manual entry, streamline lead-to-profit journey, and improve SLA adherence.
- Assist with integrations between HubSpot and tools like Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, Stripe, LinkedIn etc.
- Manage lifecycle funnels, data hygiene, and feedback loops to align cross-functional strategies.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience administering HubSpot CRM
- Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management, pipeline structures, and revenue operations.
- Experience building advanced workflows, scoring models, campaign attribution, and reports.
- Familiarity with integrations (Zapier, APIs, middleware) and third-party platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics).
- Solid understanding of sales processes (e.g. lead routing, sequences, pipelines) and marketing automation principles.

THE ROLE
As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimising and managing our Pardot marketing automation platform. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the effective implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Pardot to support our marketing and lead generation efforts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to create and execute automated campaigns, analyse performance metrics, and provide technical expertise to enhance our overall marketing strategy.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Pardot Implementation and Configuration:
- Lead the setup and configuration of Pardot instances, ensuring alignment with business objectives and marketing strategies.
- Customise Pardot forms, landing pages, and templates to meet branding and campaign requirements.
- Implement and manage marketing automation rules, scoring models, and automation workflows.
Integration and Data Management:
- Integrate Pardot with other systems such as Salesforce, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronisation.

- Utilise Pardot and other analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for optimisation.
- Proactively review and suggest target audience segments and sales/marketing opportunities
- Build out dashboards and reports to automate reporting requirements and reduce manual workload
- Stay Current with Pardot Updates and Industry Trends
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
MARKETING AUTOMATION IS A MUST FOR THIS ROLE
We are looking for someone who is very technically experienced within Pardot i.e. experience with system configuration, implementation of dynamic content, scoring and degradation models, complex nuture flows, custom fields etc, and ideally need someone with Pardot certification.
