About the role

This is a new permanent role and joins our team 8, complementing our existing HubSpot Consultant.


Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will play a key role in growing our team and the business. We are looking for someone who is keen to grow with the company and build out one of the best technical HubSpot consultancies in the UK.


This is a hands-on agency role, where you will be working on multiple projects at any one time. As we work as a collaborative team, from Managing Director through to Apprentice, you will get the opportunity to work on a bit of everything across our varied client-base and add value to everything you touch.


To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be willing to continue your learning in all things HubSpot. We will fund further training as needed and you’ll get allocated time for completing the HubSpot Academy courses.


To be successful in this role, you must have used HubSpot for a minimum of 4 years, and our interview process will ensure a deep technical knowledge.


Experience using Teamwork.com, ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com will also be advantageous.


Responsibilities


  • Managing client projects from conception to completion.

  • Learn the foundations of inbound marketing and develop campaigns that delight our clients with solid results.

Requirements

Key Competencies

  • Have a keen interest in Blockchain technology developments, trends in Web3, and market/competitive developments in this space.Embodies flexibility, transparency, and ownership over responsibilities
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple priorities while maintaining a positive, professional image of the organization
  • Ability to lead and participate in special projects
  • Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost level of professionalism
  • Performs well on cross-functional project teams and with external vendors
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • A strong team player, results oriented, metrics driven and capable of working in a fast paced, changing environment.

Education and Experience 

  • 3+ years experience in an email marketing role
  • Experience using HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub
  • Proficient operational knowledge of email marketing and marketing automation technology
  • Has basic knowledge of web development and/or email development (including HTML/CSS) and able to use design software at a basic level
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, and comfortable presenting work.
