Whilst this is a start up business, it is a newly formed business from within a very successful and established group of businesses. This should not be viewed as a risky business to join – its plan for growth is obvious for all to see.

Reporting to the Head of People, this role will act as the Head of Peoples number two and will likely supervise a HR Advisor.

Duties will develop as the business and the role evolves. Right now, the firm is in start up mode – everything from contracts, policies, structures, benefits are being worked on and implemented.
