- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement of necessary components.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.
- Communicate effectively with clients and site management teams.
- Participate in on-call rotas for emergency repairs as required.
- Qualified in HVAC engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related discipline (e.g., C&G, NVQ Level 3/4).
- Minimum of 6 years of practical experience in HVAC installation and maintenance.
- Proven expertise in diagnosing and repairing complex HVAC systems.
- Familiarity with a wide range of manufacturer equipment.
- Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles and electrical systems.
- Experience with BMS and control systems is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid UK driving license.
