Air Conditioning Engineer required for our client, they are a HVAC Contractor based in Stoke-on-Trent.The Air Conditioning Engineer is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining air conditioning systems in commercial properties such as offices, warehouses, and other commercial properties. This includes tasks such as VRV, VRFand Split System repairs and maintenance.

Air Conditioning Engineer Key Responsibilities:

-Service, repair, and maintain air conditioningand systems in commercial properties
-Perform regular maintenance on air conditioning systems to ensure they are operating safely and efficiently.
-Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
- Sites will be based throughout areas such as Stafford, Tamworth, Nuneaton and Cannock.

Air Conditioning Engineer Requirements:

- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Air Conditioning
- F-Gas 2079
- Based within a commutable distance of the West Midlands
- Full UK Driving License

Air Conditioning Engineer remuneration:

- Salary 42,000 - 48,000
- Mon to Fri 40 Hours
- Overtime available

- Call out 1 in 8 paid at 40 for the first hour and 1.5x ph after

My client is a medium Sized national FM company looking for an experienced and qualified A/C Engineer to join an established team on a mobile basis within the Kent region. This is a mobile role working on a portfolio of commercial properties. This is a maintenance role including ppms, breakdowns and servicing. Hours of work are Monday - Friday with OT and Call out available.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM, reactive and proactive works on AC and refrigeration systems to meet service levels
li>Inspect, maintain and repair commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems and components
• Conduct preventive maintenance and adjust or repair systems as needed
• Diagnose faults and replace defective parts including compressors, valves, and controls
• Install, rebuild or replace HVAC system components such as fans, motors, and thermostats
• Undertake additional building services tasks including HVAC, fabric and mechanical maintenance
• Ensure all works comply with safety standards and customer requirements

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

• Extensive experience in HVAC, refrigeration and AC maintenance, including installation and fault finding
• Proven track record in reactive and planned preventative maintenance within commercial environments
• Strong background working in facilities management or building services
• Thorough understanding of Health & Safety procedures, including risk assessments and method statements
• City & Guilds 2079 or CITB J11 in Safe Handling of Refrigerants
• NVQ 2/3 or City & Guilds in relevant HVAC or refrigeration discipline
• Holds valid IPAF and PASMA certifications

Salary - up to 55,000
