This position requires excellent problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering. Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, and time and motion studies is crucial. You should be proficient in industry-standard software packages. The ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and collaborate virtually with team members across different time zones is paramount for this remote position.
