Role: ICON Payment Framework (IPF) Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled ICON Payment Framework (IPF) Developer  with strong Java development expertise  to join our Payments Technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining payment processing solutions using the Finastra ICON/IPF platform , ensuring high performance, scalability, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Development

  • Design and develop payment processing solutions using ICON Payment Framework (IPF) and Java.
  • Customize and extend IPF modules to meet business and regulatory requirements.
  • Integrate ICON with upstream/downstream systems (e.g., core banking, fraud, AML, SWIFT, SEPA, FPS).
Technical Delivery
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT and production deployments.
Collaboration & Support
  • Work closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, QA, and DevOps teams.
  • Provide L3 support for production issues related to ICON and payment processing.
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical workshops.
Compliance & Governance
  • Ensure solutions comply with internal security, risk, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., PSD2, ISO 20022).
  • Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing across teams.

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of Java development experience within financial services.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Finastra ICON Payment Framework (IPF).
  • Strong understanding of payment processing systems and messaging standards (SWIFT, ISO 20022, SEPA, CHAPS, FPS).
  • Experience with Spring Boot, REST APIs, JMS, and SQL/Oracle.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, JIRA, and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
  • Experience with Finastra Global PAYplus (GPP) or other payment hubs.
  • Exposure to cloud-native development (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and automated testing frameworks.
  • Background in transaction banking or corporate payments.

A leading and fast-growing training provider is looking for an experienced Web Design & Development Trainer to deliver high-impact virtual training to adult learners and career changers across the UK.



What You'll Do:

  • Deliver live, instructor-led training in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Adapt your teaching to a variety of learner levels and backgrounds
  • Provide technical explanations, feedback, and one-to-one support as needed
  • Deliver training sessions remotely, Monday to Thursday, 6pm to 9pm (12 hours teaching + 4 hours planning per week)


What We're Looking For:

  • Solid hands-on experience in front-end web development
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related best practices
  • Experience teaching, mentoring, or training others (formal qualification not essential)
  • Must have the right to work in the UK

This is a great opportunity to work with major enterprise clients across various industries, helping deliver cutting-edge AV solutions that connect people, technology, and experiences.

The Design Engineer is a key member of the project team, providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle — from initial concept and strategy through design, construction documentation, installation support, and final handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • p>Work directly with clients and Project Managers to define budgets, timelines, and manage expectations

  • Conceptualise AV system designs and determine technical requirements

  • Provide technical input to support architectural planning, installation, and integration

  • Develop Bills of Materials (BOMs) and supporting documentation

  • Create detailed PDF markups for CAD teams to translate into construction drawings

  • Produce functional system descriptions, block wiring diagrams, rack elevations, and custom cabling assemblies

  • Research, identify, and recommend appropriate technology solutions

  • Oversee construction drawing packages and coordinate with architects and other trades

  • Support installation phases and prepare as-built drawings for handover

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, aligning solutions with client standards while recommending new technology where appropriate

  • Stay up to date with industry trends through training, trade shows, and manufacturer sessions

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in AV systems design

  • Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office 365

  • AVIXA CTS certification (CTS-D desirable)

  • Certified or trained in at least one DSP platform (e.g., Biamp, QSC, ClearOne)

  • Certified or trained in at least one control system (e.g., Crestron, Extron, AMX)

  • Solid understanding of project phases: Program, Conceptualisation, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation, Construction, Commissioning

  • Good knowledge of construction processes, installation, and architectural drawings/specifications

  • Detail-oriented, independent, and proactive

  • Excellent time management and communication skills

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities

A leading global technology integrator is looking for an experienced Senior Audio Visual Design Engineer to join its EMEA division. You’ll play a pivotal role in designing and delivering advanced AV systems for large-scale enterprise projects across various sectors.

As the senior technical authority on your projects, you’ll handle everything from concept design and system schematics to detailed construction drawings and installation support. You’ll also provide mentoring and guidance to other Design Engineers, ensuring high-quality output and consistent standards across the team.

This position combines technical leadership with hands-on design work. You’ll collaborate directly with clients and Project Managers to define budgets and timelines, develop detailed system documentation, coordinate with architects and other trades, and oversee the project from concept through to final handover.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
