About the Role
As an in-house Senior Editor, you will oversee the creation and publication of original material for our online journal. You will take ownership of overseeing submissions and performing quality peer review to ensure we publish high-quality content. You will build global relationships with experts in the community to disseminate and discuss practice-changing results from the field.

Responsibilities
+ Managing peer review of high-quality research papers, and commissioning authors to ensure the successful production of new and engaging articles
+ Developing and maintaining relationships with our global medical imaging and theranostics communities to attract high-quality research for the journal
+ Attending conferences and events to represent the journal, keeping up to date with current developments in relevant potential topics of interest
+ Writing editorials and other content for the journal as required
+ Helping develop new initiatives for future development of the journal
Requirements
+ An MD or PhD with postdoctoral experience in a relevant subject, or, a postgraduate higher degree in a relevant discipline plus substantial editorial experience at a senior level on a peer-reviewed STM journal
+ Ability to demonstrate thorough knowledge of biological and medical sciences and broader social issues pertaining to medical imaging and theranostics
+ Ability to engage and build relationships with external stakeholders, including medical and research professionals, a range of internal teams, and members of the media
+ Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently to demanding press deadlines
+ Excellent command of the English language and the ability to write in an engaging and interesting manner
+ Proficiency with IT systems including MS Office

**- Training & Education Alignment**
+ Ensure customer satisfaction by identifying specific training needs and aligning them with the Clinical Education team.
+ Act as a liaison between the customer and internal training resources to ensure that educational programs are tailored to the clinical and operational requirements of each site.
+ Support the planning and coordination of training delivery, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and optimal use of digital solutions.
**- Feedback & Product Improvement**
+ Gather user feedback and usage data to inform product development and enhancements, acting as the voice of the customer within the organization.
**- Performance Monitoring**
+ Track adoption metrics, usage patterns, and customer satisfaction KPIs to drive continuous improvement and demonstrate ROI to stakeholders.
**- Strategic Account Development**
+ Support strategic account planning by identifying digital growth opportunities and aligning with broader commercial objectives.
- **Sales Accountability**
+ Responsible for achieving financial targets related to MIM Software and Molecular Imaging digital solution sales, both as standalone deals and as part of combined offerings.
+ Work in partnership with Sales Account Managers and Product Sales teams to drive revenue, margin, and share of wallet expansion.
**- Collaboration with Digital Implementation Teams**
+ Work closely with the Imaging Digital Solutions team responsible for IT implementation.
+ Define the best structure-offering during the sales process to align with customer needs, ensuring a smooth and proper installation of digital solutions.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Biomedical Engineering, Health IT, or a related field.
+ 3+ years of experience in healthcare technology, digital health, or clinical applications-preferably in imaging or diagnostics.
+ Strong understanding of molecular imaging workflows and digital health ecosystems.
