**Treatment Centre, Imaging & Hygiene Specialist - South England**
The Treatment Centre, Imaging & Hygiene Specialist will significantly influence and increase Dentsply Sirona's equipment business activities across Treatment Centres, Imaging and Hygiene solutions to ensure sales and revenue targets are met in line with Dentsply Sirona's objectives. In this role, the specialist will also support Dentsply Sirona's equipment dealer network and the end user customers across the range.
**Responsibilities**
+ Manage and produce a solid pipeline of opportunities using Salesforce working closely with the field sales team and the dealer network
+ Analyse business and market trends to develop and execute territory business plans
+ Generate customer facing events using dealer networks and Dentsply Sirona Sales teams.
+ Coordinate and conduct sales meetings and product training sessions with customers, internally and externally
+ Provide technical expertise and knowledge to customers and sales organisation on product specific matters
+ Develop and maintain good relationships with dealer network
+ Support the Dentsply Sirona dealer network with knowledge and expertise by working closely with respective sales teams
+ Train and develop dealer network teams into effective sales people across the relevant range
+ Ensure Dentsply Sirona is the dealer network partner of choice within the relevant range.
+ Form a collaboration with the marketing team to deliver business intelligence and provide marketing focus for your product of responsibility.
+ Support sales colleagues to develop business opportunities
+ Regularly review planned activity, actual activity, area plans, field visits, business expenses as and when required by maximizing the use of SFDC
**Profile requested**
+ Bachelor degree in business administration, medical or mechanical engineering
+ Extensive experience in selling high end equipment, ideally major brand in the market or dental capital equipment manufacturer
+ Strong and proven track record in sales - mastery or the sales process
+ Excellent product and industry knowledge
+ Computer literate: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Teams
+ Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills.
+ Fluent in English
+ Able to undertake regular UK business travel i.e. 4 nights per month, (4-6 during induction phase and occasional overseas for 3-4 nights) and hold a valid local driving license.
