Job Responsibilities

Ensure income maximization by dealing with tenants in rent or service charge arrears, taking necessary actions such as court referrals, and representing the council in court.

Address breaches of tenancy, including nuisance, subletting, or anti-social behavior, and liaise with legal representatives as needed.

Promote and develop resident involvement and participation by organizing meetings, estate walkabouts, and ensuring compliance with Local Offers.
