As a Financial Adviser , you will be delivering tailored financial advice and developing lasting client relationships. This full-time role offers starting salary of £45,000 and benefits.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing and growing a portfolio of clients through referrals, networking, and introducers.
- Conducting comprehensive reviews, gathering and analysing financial information to make appropriate recommendations.
- Maintaining accurate and compliant records in line with internal procedures and industry standards.
- Completing the required number of annual CPD hours, including structured learning, to maintain professional development
- Supporting and upholding positive consumer outcomes in line with the principles of Consumer Duty.
- Working closely with a professional support team of paraplanners and administrators to ensure efficient delivery of service.
- Keeping abreast of regulatory, product, and industry changes, ensuring compliance at all times.
What we are looking for:
- Previously worked as a Independent Financial Adviser, Financial Adviser, Financial Planner, Financial Consultant, IFA, Financial Planning Consultant, Financial Services Consultant, Investment Adviser, Independent Financial Advisor, Financial Advisor, Investment Advisor or in a similar role.
- Level 4 or equivalent Diploma in Financial Planning.
- Understanding of FCA compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and effective time management.
