**ROLE DESCRIPTION:**

As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding recruitment experience for both hiring managers and candidates. Working closely with the TA team, you’ll manage and own the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing and job advertising to screening and onboarding. Standards are high, and expectations are higher! We are looking for someone who is creative in their thinking, to attract and screen world-class candidates. The role will have a strong focus of hiring into the Tech and Digital space, so experience in this market is beneficial.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide admin support across the entire recruitment cycle
  • Screen CVs and manage process via ATS
  • Manage candidate experience ensuring communication is smooth and seamless
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, specifically across Tech and Digital
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offers, ensuring a seamless candidate journey.
  • Support the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, systems, and employer branding initiatives.


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role (in-house or agency). Ideally with a specialism of Tech and Digital
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Gravitas is essential!
  • A passion for delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
  • Ambition and dedication. Someone who wants to go the distance and progress within Talent Acquisition
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices, including inclusive hiring and employer branding.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
