- Strong communication skills with ability to engage at all organisational levels
- Experience with production scheduling software such as SAP or equivalent ERP systems
- Proficiency in SQL scripting (Teradata preferred)
- Experience using data visualisation platforms like Tableau or Power BI
- Background in lean manufacturing and process improvement methodologies
- Work with industry-leading aerospace manufacturing teams in Sheffield

Orion is partnered with a very fast paced food manufacturing business located in Evesham which is recruiting for an experienced Industrial Engineer contractor to join the team.
All applicants must have the right to work in the UK and have a minimum of 2x years’ experience working in the UK in a FMCG environment
Industrial Engineer Duties:
- Work proactively to maintain and repair equipment across the plant facility
- Installation of compressors, boilers, chillers etc.
- Maintenance of industrial boilers
- Electrical and mechanical facilities maintenance
- Work cohesively with production team
- Detailed shift handovers
- PPM’s
- Machinery installation
- Continuous improvement projects
Industrial Engineer Experience:
- Must have at least 2x years experience working in FMCG in the UK!
- Must have at least 5x years experience in facilities maintenance
- Food manufacturing experience would be beneficial

The Industrial Engineering team designs, improves, and implements integrated systems. **What you'll do:**
