Role
As a senior member of this Tier 1-ranked Projects & Infrastructure team, you will play a central role in advising on some of the most complex, high-value and high-profile infrastructure developments in the UK and overseas. Your work will span the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and procurement which will often involve transport (rail, road, aviation), health and social infrastructure, utilities, defence and renewable energy (onshore and offshore wind, hydro, biomass, and solar), giving you the chance to work on developments that are not only high-value but also socially significant and environmentally strategic.
You will work closely with specialists across planning, real estate, construction, finance, and procurement to deliver cohesive legal strategies. This collaborative, multi-disciplinary approach is key to the success of the projects you’ll help lead.
As a Senior Associate, you will also take on a client-facing role, building trusted relationships, mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to business development.

Qualifications
- LLB or equivalent legal degree; LLM or MBA a strong plus.
- Admitted to practice in a common law or civil law jurisdiction applicable in Africa.
- Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience with at least 3 years focused on:
- Infrastructure project development or finance
- Energy, transmission, or public-private partnership contracts
- Development-funded or multilateral-financed projects
Technical Expertise
- Proven experience structuring and negotiating:
- PPP / Concession Agreements,

Are you an experienced IT professional with a passion for delivering high-quality infrastructure projects? We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer to join a dynamic, customer-focused technical operations team. * Deliver and implement IT infrastructure projects that exceed customer expectations.
