Role:
- The successful injection moulding technician candidate will carry out tool changes effectively and safely in the injection moulding areas of the business
- As injection moulding setter it is your responsibility to ensure injection moulding processes can achieve targeted scrap and efficiency levels, on new and existing products
- To be able to work well within the technical injection moulding setting, processing & optimisation team
- As injection moulding setter you will be required to carry out tool and material trials
- Basic machine maintenance and trouble shooting
- To drive continuous improvements ensuring product quality is maintained & good working practices are adhered to.
- To liaise with all members of the department to ensure operations run smoothly

As an Injection Mould Tool Setter, you will be responsible for the efficient changes and setting of the tools that produce our products
Tool Setters take ownership of tool changes from slinging to setting and all the things in between. Being accountable and comfortable with this responsibility is essential; you will be driven by success knowing exactly what needs to be done.
You will have tool-setting experience within an injection moulding environment and possess a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of quality within a busy role.
