Conduct detailed dimensional inspections using
PolyWorks software
and
FARO arms .
Produce clear and accurate inspection reports to support production and quality standards.
Collaborate closely with design, production, and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
Support continuous improvement initiatives, helping maintain and improve quality processes.
Ensure adherence to quality control procedures and industry standards.
Requirements
Proven experience as a
Quality Inspection Engineer
or similar role in a precision engineering or manufacturing environment.
PolyWorks
and
FARO arm
expertise (essential).
Strong understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
