Our client, a leading MGA insurer, are recruiting for a Programme Manager with strong business facing skills to join the team on a contract basis at their offices in London.
Hybrid - Outside IR35
Key experience:
- Commercial Insurance experience in the Lloyds/London market, understanding the MGA model preferred
- Ability to influence and drive consensus among diverse groups
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively, great presentation skills, outgoing personality, ability to create and maintain a strong network
- Experience of working with project teams including third parties, Business Analysts, Product Owners, Delivery Management and Support staff
- Advanced knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Excel
- Proven experience in tracking, recording and reporting activities, progress, results, etc.; strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
