With very strong pipeline in the M&A sector, our client is looking to bring in several contractors (outside IR35) for a range of significant projects. This will suit independent consultants or first-time contractors looking for a lucrative and dynamic opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advisory input on M&A transactions within the insurance sector.
- Support commercial due diligence, market analysis, and target assessments.
- Advise on deal structuring, synergies, and integration considerations.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to shape recommendations and deliver insights.
- Produce high-quality presentations and reports for senior executives.
About You
- Proven track record in M&A advisory within the insurance sector (strategy consulting, banking, or in-house corporate development background ideal).
- Strong commercial due diligence and integration planning expertise.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Available at short notice for an immediate start.
